Swan Shoulder

Despite a weak overnight re-freeze, it looked promising for upper elevations according to sno-tel. I toured from the road sheds on 4/29, dropped into GC canyon, climbed Swan Shoulder only to have thin clouds and wind stop the slope from getting real soft. It was still ok. Skinned to the head of GC and Swan Flats, then back to the truck by noon.
