Skiing the Divide

Was able to get out and ski today w/ Toby Weed, the avy forecaster for the area. He knows the area well, and we were able to get into some sweet terrain. Still rocky in some spots, but it's getting better. We did experience some shooting cracks, and Toby almost triggered a section of Cornice Ridge. The high elevations of the Bear River Range fared pretty well (accumulation-wise)from this last storm. It began snowing on our exit. We also ran into Mark G. while we were up there, and he toured w/ us. Pics from point&shoot.
